Winter Meeting 2025: Creative together – TentaConsult strengthens team spirit at Ammersee!

Expert knowledge is essential - but excellent consulting is only possible with a well-coordinated team. That's why the teams at TentaConsult Pharma & Med GmbH meet once a year for a winter meeting to strengthen interdisciplinary exchange and gain new impetus.
This year, the meeting took place for the first time at the Ammersee in the Haus der Bayerischen Landwirtschaft. The new surroundings provided an inspiring backdrop for creative collaboration and strategic discussions. Away from the day-to-day business, the focus was on strengthening the team, changing perspectives and networking knowledge - factors that have a direct impact on the quality of advice and the success of clients.

Sketchnote workshop: Visual thinking for more efficiency!

The sketchnote workshop with Joana-Virginia Mertens from KarakterKind was a particular highlight. The method, which combines handwritten notes with visual elements, helps to capture complex content in a structured way and present it in an understandable way.
This technique is a particularly valuable tool for internal collaboration at TentaConsult: regulatory processes can be mapped more clearly, meeting results can be documented more effectively and new ideas can be developed more quickly. In an environment that requires precise communication, visual thinking can really make work easier.
In addition to the content of the program, the winter meeting also offered space for personal exchange. A walk together along the Ammersee led to in-depth discussions and new perspectives. The combination of exercise, nature and informal exchange created the perfect setting for creative thinking and informal knowledge transfer.
The day ended with a convivial get-together in the Bierstüble, where discussions, laughter and ideas continued. It is encounters like these, away from the daily routine, that turn a team into a strong community - characterized by trust, openness and a shared drive to develop excellent solutions.
